We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete.

POSTNORD operates Monday to Friday for customers based in Sweden, thus we only process orders during these days. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to LEONÍ. Normally deliveries take approximately 1-3 workdays, but we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. The domestic shipping rate is 69 SEK.

The international shipping cost is 20-40€ and the shipping can take up to 4-5 business days depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL or UPS Access Point.

However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Please note that packages that are not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to LEONÍ. For additional information on shipping, please visit www.dhl.com.

When you shop online, you always have 14 days from receiving your order to create a return.

All orders placed via LEONÍ are delivered with a security tag. The tag must be intact and attached to the garment as when it was sent.

When the order value exceeds SEK 10,000, returns are always free. As the order value is below SEK 10,000, there is a shipping cost of SEK 69 domestically. Returns under SEK 10,000 within the EU incur a return shipping cost of €20-40.

Return packages must be sent with the pre-printed return label included in the package. If there is no return label in the package, contact us before sending your return, and you will receive a new one. Returns that are not sent this way may be returned to the customer.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible, but always within 30 days.
