How do I exchange an item?

Please email us at info@leoni-studio.com with the model, size and color you would like to exchange, and we will arrange the return of your products and send out the new ones. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

How do I return an item?

You can request a return for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel.


To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty. We recommend keeping your return tracking information as proof of shipment, as LEONÍ is not responsible for lost returns or tracking returned parcels.

- Return shipping fees are non-refundable
- Shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty items

When will my credit card be refunded?

Returns are usually processed within 14 days after we receive your returned parcel. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I return a damaged or faulty item?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@leoni-studio.com within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.


After 14 days, we will do our best to repair or replace the item, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
