TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through leoni-studio.com and govern the relationship between you and Leoni Group AB (559486-4034), referred to as “LEONÍ”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

LEONÍ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version available on the website at the time your order is placed.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that the order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may sell out before checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving unavailable products, payment issues, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Availability is subject to change. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. Should this occur, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Products purchased through leoni-studio.com are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale is prohibited.

Prices displayed on leoni-studio.com are shown in the local currency applicable to your shipping destination.

For orders within the European Union, prices include VAT. For selected markets, including the United States, United Kingdom and Norway, duties and taxes are included in the final price. For all other destinations, prices do not include local duties and taxes, which may be charged upon delivery.

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated and are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct inaccuracies at any time. In the event of an incorrect price, LEONÍ reserves the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna and PayPal.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. LEONÍ does not store payment information.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. During launches, sale periods or high-demand periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- International: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon delivery. LEONÍ is not responsible for such charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- returned in original packaging
- returned with all tags and security seals attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees:

- Sweden: 100 SEK

- Outside Sweden: €20–40 depending on destination

To request an exchange, please contact info@leoni-studio.com with your order number and requested size.

Customers are responsible for returned items until received by LEONÍ. We recommend retaining proof of shipment and tracking information.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@leoni-studio.com within 14 days of delivery.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs.

We strive to present products, colors and details as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display resolution.

Availability of products is subject to change and certain items may be produced in limited quantities.

While we aim to ensure all information on the website is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. LEONÍ reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time. 

Gift cards purchased through LEONÍ are valid for one year from the activation date and may be used exclusively on leoni-studio.com. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be issued as a new gift card.

LEONÍ handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal information provided by customers is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and — where consent has been given — newsletters and marketing communication.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

LEONÍ shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, system failures or other unforeseen events.
