SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to LEONÍ.

International shipping costs 20–40€. Delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on destination. Orders are delivered to your nearest DHL or UPS Access Point for convenient pickup.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

Orders not collected within 14 days will be returned to LEONÍ.

For orders shipped to the UK, Norway and the United States, all duties and taxes are included in the product price. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

For other international orders outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in the total price and are collected by the courier upon delivery.

You always have 14 days from receiving your order to create a return. All orders placed via LEONÍ are delivered with a security tag. The tag must be intact and attached to the garment as when it was sent.

Return shipping:

- Sweden: 100 SEK

- Outside Sweden: €20–40 depending on destination

Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.

Refund conditions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders outside the EU

This means that for international orders, the refunded amount may be significantly lower than the original order value.
