LEONÍ is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and hands-on E-commerce & Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Stockholm. This is a vital role for someone who enjoys structure, order, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a fashion brand running smoothly.

Founded in Stockholm, LEONÍ is a womenswear brand rooted in sculptural tailoring, crafted details, and outtakes from Nordic heritage. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can help ensure our online orders are delivered with care, our inventory is up to date, and our logistics and customer experience run seamlessly day-to-day.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As E-commerce & Operations Assistant at LEONÍ, you will support the daily operations of our digital store and studio. You’ll be responsible for packing and shipping customer orders, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating basic logistics.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in staying organized, solving problems, and getting things done with care and precision. You’ll work closely with the founders and gain valuable insight into how a fashion brand operates behind the scenes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange and ship daily e-commerce orders to customers worldwide
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock data regularly in our system.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and couriers when needed
• Respond to customer service inquiries via email and ensure a helpful, warm tone
• Maintain order in our studio storage, inventory shelves, and packaging materials
• Assist the team with errands, drop-offs/pick-ups, and supporting small events or pop-ups
• Ensure all back-end operations run smoothly and efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Basic computer skills and comfort with e-commerce platforms
• Fluent in Swedish and English

This is a full-time or part-time position based in Stockholm.

LEONÍ is offering an opportunity for a Design Internship in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting at all stages of collection development, including research, design development, brainstorming, and more.
• Creating, coloring, and preparing technical drawings and tech packs
• Attending important collection-related meetings, such as fittings, briefings, brainstorms, collection overviews, and look book shootings.
• Supporting the creative team with daily tasks.

Your qualifications:

• Pattern-cutting skills
• Currently studying fashion design or attending a fashion school.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and MS-Office (Microsoft Excel)
• Preferably, you already have experience with technical drawings
• Strong team player with a dedicated, creative, and organised approach to work.
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English skills.
