The Role:
LEONÍ is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team full-time in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and driving our financial strategy and operations. Specifically, you will oversee and manage financial planning, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring LEONÍ’s financial health and sustainability as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for implementing robust and scalable financial systems, supporting our retail and digital sales channels, and enhancing our overall financial strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with all departments to provide financial insights, set targets, and ensure alignment with LEONÍ’s business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial strategies and processes that meet LEONÍ's quality, functionality, and reliability standards.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.
- Lead discussions on the company's financial architecture, proposing solutions to enhance financial scalability, compliance, and security.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies and initiatives with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Deliver clear, actionable, and reliable financial reports and analyses that are scalable, readable, and maintainable.
- Oversee and improve financial systems and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations with minimal disruptions.
- Review and analyze financial data from various departments to provide insights and make informed recommendations.
- Conduct rigorous financial testing and risk assessment to strengthen financial resilience and support business growth.
- Collaborate with third-party financial partners, investors, and agencies to achieve shared objectives.
- Contribute to LEONÍ’s social and environmental sustainability strategy by implementing financially sustainable practices.
Your Profile:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in finance and business, ideally within the fashion or retail industry, with a strong understanding of its unique dynamics and challenges.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and best practices, with a proven track record in managing financial operations for growth-oriented companies.
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel retail, covering retail stores, wholesale, and e-commerce, and an ability to adapt financial strategies to support diverse sales channels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to drive financial insights and support the company’s growth ambitions.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to aligning financial processes with business goals.
- Skilled in building and maintaining integrations across financial systems and tools, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure financial operations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

LEONÍ is offering an opportunity for a Design Internship in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting at all stages of collection development, including research, design development, brainstorming, and more.
- Creating, coloring, and preparing technical drawings and tech packs
- Attending important collection-related meetings, such as fittings, briefings, brainstorms, collection overviews, and look book shootings.
- Supporting the creative team with daily tasks.
Your qualifications:
- Currently studying fashion design or attending a fashion school.
- Proficient in Illustrator and MS-Office (Microsoft Excel)
- Preferably, you already have experience with technical drawings
- Strong team player with a dedicated, creative, and organised approach to work.
- Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English skills.
